Are your perfumes original?

Yes. All seven are LULU & HUNQ’s own eaux de parfum: original scents, no imitations. Order here and it comes straight from us.

Who are they for?

Anyone. Every LULU & HUNQ scent is genderless, so choose by the notes and the mood, nothing else. And yes, you can layer them.

How long does the scent last?

They’re eaux de parfum, made to be long-lasting. How long depends on your skin, the weather and where you spray. For more staying power, spray from about a foot away onto moisturised skin at your pulse points (wrists, neckline, the back of your neck, inside your elbows) and let it dry without rubbing.

10 ml or 100 ml: which should I buy?

Same scent, two sizes. The 10 ml mini is made for trying, layering and carrying everywhere: small enough for your pocket, dangerous enough to become a habit. The 100 ml is your everyday bottle. Every product page shows the price per ml, so you can compare. Liked your mini? Once it’s delivered, we send you a code by e-mail or WhatsApp: what you paid for the mini comes off a 100 ml of any scent, within 30 days.

What’s in The Minis?

All seven scents in 10 ml bottles, one for every day of the week: Sunny Anthem (Monday), Linen & Larceny (Tuesday), Off Script (Wednesday), Wood Witch (Thursday), Darkling A.F. How do I find my scent?

Pick a mood in our scent finder: fresh, woody, sweet or dark. Each product page also lists the notes and what the scent is for. Still torn? Get The Minis and let your week decide.

How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?

We dispatch the same day: orders placed by 11 am, Monday to Friday, leave us that day; later ones leave the next working day (no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days to metro cities and 7–9 business days to the rest of India; enter your pincode on any product page for your date. Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,899 or more; below that, it costs ₹99. We deliver within India only. More in our shipping policy.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, as part-payment: you pay ₹500 online when you place the order and the rest in cash when it arrives. Paying the ₹500 confirms your order, and checkout shows exactly what is left to pay at the door. Cash on delivery isn’t available on an order of a single ₹490 mini. If you refuse the parcel at the door, we refund the ₹500 minus the return shipping. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Do you have any offers?

Yes, and your bag applies them by itself:

• Diwali offer, until Monday 9 November: any two 100 ml for ₹3,000 together, with a surprise gift. Any two scents, or the same one twice.
• A free gift comes with a single 100 ml during the Diwali offer.
• From 10 November: buy any two 100 ml and get 30% off both.
• Your first order: 10% off, applied at checkout once you enter your phone number.

One offer per order: if a discount code or the first-order discount saves you more, that one applies instead. Your bag always shows the one that applies.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Online payments run on Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway: pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Your full card number, CVV and UPI PIN go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get the courier’s tracking link. You can also track it here with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it’s dispatched. Message us as soon as you can at care@luluandhunq.com or +91 98107 03672. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full, with no cancellation fee.

Can I return a perfume?

Perfume is personal, so opened or used bottles can’t be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or wrong, tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a video (an unboxing video helps) and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Details in our returns policy.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Enter their name, address and phone number at checkout and pay online, so there’s nothing to collect at the door. Our scents are genderless, which makes them easy to give, and The Minis lets them try all seven.

How should I store my perfume, and how long does it keep?

Keep it cool, dry and capped: away from direct sunlight, heat and a steamy bathroom. Use it within 36 months of the date of manufacture, which is printed on the box with the batch number.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

It’s for external use only. Patch-test first: dab a little on your inner arm and wait 24 hours. Keep it away from your eyes and irritated or broken skin, and stop using it if your skin reacts. It’s flammable until dry, so keep it away from flames and heat. Want the full ingredient list? Write to us and we’ll send it.
